Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site.  By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left.  All phone orders for curb side pick up must certify that they are and whoever is signing for the receipt of the order is 21 yrs. of age. Falsifying any information via phone is a crime under the penalty of perjury.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of delivery and or pick up orders once they are confirmed and scheduled will result in a 25% restocking fee. We will do anything possible to make your wine buying experience the best.

Return Policy

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a receipt or invoice.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted for all opened and or damaged goods once it leaves our premises. No returns or exchanges will be given on pick up or delivery orders once they leave Miltons Liquors possession.  No returns or exchanges will be given on the purchase of refrigerated wine and beer once it leaves our premises.  If there are any issues with your order we will do anything possible to make your shopping experience the best as long as they meet all state, local and Miltons Liquors restrictions.

Delivery & Pickup Policy:

If you would like your wine, beer and or liquor delivered, you agree to contract with a Milton's Liquors employee on your behalf to deliver or provide pickup service (if available); by requesting delivery or pickup (if available) of your order you authorize us to do so. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. Identification and signature required for delivery or pickup orders. The person completing the online purchase and payment must be 21 years of age and must present a legal form identification with photo at the time of delivery or pick up. Delivery or pickup orders will only be turned over to the person whose name matches both invoice and form of payment. There will be no acceptations made to this policy.

Billing Information:

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Delivery Cost:

The delivery costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. Prices of our products do not include delivery charges.
